If you are unavailable, the courier may leave the package at your front door

After a second failed attempt, you must collect the package from the courier’s station within the specified timeframe

Unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If damage is visible:

Write “Package Damaged” when signing for delivery (if applicable)

Email us immediately after receiving the package

Do not discard the box or packing materials — this is required for courier claims

We will work with the courier to process claims and arrange replacement parts or items where applicable.
