🚚 Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
Yes. Dupeliving offers free shipping across Canada, except for:
- Northern Territories: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU)
- Remote or rural postal codes, including but not limited to: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A–Y9Z
Orders to excluded or remote areas may have longer delivery times, additional charges, or product restrictions.
📦 When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is verified and cleared.
- Shipments are processed Monday–Friday
- No weekend, holiday, or after-hours dispatch
⏱ How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Outside Ontario: 2–9 business days
- Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 6–12+ business days
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier operations.
🔍 How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways:
- Account Dashboard: Go to Account → My Orders for real-time updates
- Email Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships
If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us promptly.
📍 Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
We ship to most locations in Canada except the following postal codes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R.
Some remote areas may have delivery limitations.
🏠 Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No. We deliver only to verified physical addresses. PO Box deliveries are not supported.
🚛 Which courier companies do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers, including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- Canpar
- Day & Ross
Courier selection depends on the destination and product size.
📞 Why is my phone number required at checkout?
Couriers require a phone number to:
- Contact you if delivery issues occur
- Confirm address details
- Reach you in case of damage or lost shipments
✍️ Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Most deliveries do not require a signature. If you’re not home, the courier may leave the package at your front door.
🔁 What happens if I miss the delivery?
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times
- After the second failed attempt, you must collect the package from the courier’s station
- Unclaimed packages may be returned to our warehouse
🎯 What is the On-Time Delivery Guarantee?
Registered customers may qualify for our On-Time Delivery Guarantee. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you may receive a CA$5 voucher for a future purchase.
- One voucher per order
- Applies to registered customers only
📦 What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If damage is visible:
- Write “Package Damaged” when signing (if applicable)
- Email us immediately after receiving the item
- Do not discard the box or packing materials
Packaging is required for courier claims. Dupeliving is not directly liable for transit damage but will assist with claims and replacement where applicable.
🛍 Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Pickup service may be available by request. Please contact us before placing your order. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll email you with pickup details and your invoice.
📝 How do I claim the On-Time Delivery Guarantee?
- Submit the On-Time Delivery Guarantee application form
- The guaranteed delivery date is the latest estimated date shown in your order confirmation email
An attempted delivery on or before that date is considered on time.
❌ When does the delivery guarantee not apply?
The guarantee does not apply if:
- An incorrect address was provided
- The order is wholesale or placed as a guest
- A no-reason return or exchange was requested

Delivery delays were caused by Force Majeure events, such as:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Government actions
- Power or transportation disruptions
