If you do not receive tracking details or your order has not arrived within 9 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us promptly so we can assist.


Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

  • Most couriers do not require a signature

  • If you are unavailable, the courier may leave the package at your front door

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times

  • After a second failed attempt, you must collect the package from the courier’s station within the specified timeframe

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse


Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

  1. Write “Package Damaged” when signing for delivery (if applicable)

  2. Email us immediately after receiving the package

  3. Do not discard the box or packing materials — this is required for courier claims

Dupeliving is not directly liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
We will work with the courier to process claims and arrange replacement parts or items where applicable.

Local pickup may be available by request.

  • Once payment is confirmed, we will email you with pickup details and your invoice

Guarantee Details

  • If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you may receive a CA$5 voucher for a future order

  • The guaranteed delivery date is the latest estimated date shown in your order confirmation email

An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed date is considered on time.
